As a Software Development Intern, Bloomberg will give you an opportunity to explore many areas of interest in the software development cycle. Real-time financial information servers, trading systems, data analytics tools, and live news feeds are just a few of the areas we specialise in. If you are a creative individual and feel you can add value to our Bloomberg software then please apply.
You will spend the first week of your internship in technical training, as well as having the opportunity to shadow parts of our business to learn more about Bloomberg and the financial markets. We will provide interns with financial training, CV writing and interview training, a selection of philanthropy activities and informative excursions.

Requirements
- University students (or equivalent) studying Computer Science or a closely related field
- A keen interest in programming with a strong technical ability in low level languages, ideally C, C++ or Java
- Prior experience with UNIX platforms is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Details of course content, or equivalent relevant experience, will assist us in the processing of your application
